The building of Tongying Flexible Circuit factory completed.
The second phases plan has been finished in Tongxin Circuit Electronics Co., Ltd and the throughput has grown to 2,000,000 square feet.Besides,Tongxin succeed in establishing the TS16949 system and gaining the certificate.

Tongheng factory was relocated to Pingshan, Shenzhen and changed the name to Tongxin.
Tongxin plant capacity was more than 4 times of Tongheng.
Increase the funding through the participation of 2 more directors.
Approve the blueprint for Tongying Flexible Circuit factory in Zhuhai.

Tongheng Obtained certification of ISO 9001 (2000 version)
Approved the blueprint for new PCB factory in Pingshan, Shenzhen.

The double-layer & multi-layer output increased 50% & 100% respectively
Hire management consultant to provide training to the employee on JIT concept and practices.

Tongheng obtained certification of ISO9002 (1994 version)
The double-layer PCB output was doubled.
Diversify into the restaurant-chain business by established the TuTaoCun.
