Pursuant to product quality assurance,the Company's QC Department has set up internally quality assurance(QA) team and quality control (QC) team as well as a complete set of production process control and inspection system based on the standard of ISO9001：2000.The QA team has further set up IQC and QA to assure the quality of materials supplied,use copper foil gauge meter and spiral micrometer to control the quality of the materials supplied so as to make sure the materials are in compliance with the customers' technucal requirements before they are put into production.The QA station of the solder mask and Dry film has the QA system of promary inspection,tour inspetion and sampling inspection so as to ensure the circuit and solder mask and completion of the words and graphs.In plating through holes and making graphs,full time process inspectors are deployed.At the workshops of hole black oxide,plating Cu,Ni,Sn,Au,DES,immersion gold,etc.,there are full time QA chemical inspectors and physical inspectors.Amplification glasses,grinding polishing machine and metallurgical sectioning microscope,etc.are used for micro-sectoning,measuring,and analyzing the metal thickness of plated through holes,assuring the quality of the plated pattern nad plated through holes and make their performances up to the customers'standards on the products.The Post formation and FQC Process Department has full-time inspection office(the quality inspection team) that uses quadratic testing instrument and special E-test testing machine to check and measure external dimensions and open/short performances,ask QAE engineers to make process assurance and offer technical assictance and directions.The intermediate inspection QC team is mainly in charge of the quality control over the products prior, by focusing on the control over the appearance quality.The finished product QC team is mainly responsible for post-process control and overall control after surface disposal.Besides the quality control over the appearance performances,focus is laid on the inspection and control over the conductivity of PCB so that the products are made sure up to the customers' requirement on overall quality,strictly prevent defective products from delivery to the customers.The final QA station that delivers the achieve standard's products to FQA (final quality assurance section)is in charge of overall quality control and then transfers the products up to the customers' standards to the packing division for packing and then move the goods to the warehouse for delivery.NG products are to be returned for reworking or put the rejected products to MRB division for classification adn recording so that they will be used as the basis for study at the regular quality meeting.In addition,full time process QA engineers will be deployed for site inspection and direction as well as handling the after-sale service work so as to ensure the completion of the quality eontrol system.
